About the Firm

Nelson, Clark & Timan, P.C. is a private-practice law firm located in Beatrice, Nebraska.  Our firm has been serving Southeast Nebraska since 2015 and our attorneys have a combined 75+ years of legal experience. We pride ourselves on providing superior legal representation and advice to our clients. We understand the challenges and pressure that comes with every case and are here for you, every step of the way.  We represent clients throughout Southeast Nebraska, primarily in Gage County (Beatrice), Jefferson County (Fairbury), Saline County (Wilber), and Johnson County (Tecumseh).  

Our firm also serves as the office of the Gage County Public Defender.  In that capacity, we represent numerous low-income clients in the Gage County criminal court system and juvenile court system.
